By creating an account, registering for a webinar, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to notify us immediately at info@qicevyo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account has been inactive for an extended period, with or without notice.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use unless a separate written agreement with Qicevyo permits otherwise.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of any content from the Service without prior written permission
- Recording, capturing, or redistributing live or recorded webinar sessions without explicit authorisation
- Uploading or transmitting any material that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems
- Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect data from the Service
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or other users' experience
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engaging in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentations, graphics, logos, text, software, and course materials, is the property of Qicevyo or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content.
5.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Qicevyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content through the Service, including questions, comments, or feedback during webinars or through communication tools, you grant Qicevyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.
6. Webinars and Live Events
6.1 Participation
When participating in live webinars or interactive sessions, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. Qicevyo reserves the right to remove any participant from a session who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
6.2 Schedule Changes
Qicevyo reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify any webinar or event at any time. Where practicable, reasonable advance notice will be provided. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.
6.3 Recording of Sessions
Webinar sessions may be recorded by Qicevyo for quality, educational, or archival purposes. By participating in a session, you acknowledge and consent to such recording. You may not record any session yourself without prior written consent from Qicevyo.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain services, webinars, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once access to content or a live session has been granted. To request a refund, contact us at info@qicevyo.com.
7.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of the Service. Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.

Qicevyo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 Educational Content
Content provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You should not rely solely on information obtained through the Service for decisions requiring professional expertise.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qicevyo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Qicevyo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qicevyo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Modifications to the Service
Qicevyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account. Qicevyo may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Qicevyo with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
